Important Notice:

After March 6th, 2014, all registration must be canceled at the Convention Center, during the Congress days (from 16th to 19th 2014), by credit card. The fee of this registration is the one indicated for the Late registration – after January 18th – Regular: USD 1,050 / Student, PHD Student: USD 450 / Accompanying Person: USD 200.

Conditions of participation

Please note:

All participation fees are in American Dollar included VAT.
After November 12th and December 17th 2013, participation fees will be increased incl. VAT..
It is possible to submit up to two abstracts per registration..
Registration for students and Ph.D. students are only effective with a student pass..
The Conference Committee will consider full or partial subsidies granted upon request. Applicant's background will be given strict consideration.


Cancellation must be made in writing and sent to the organizer. Cancellation up to February 14th, 2014 will be subject to a processing fee of 25% on the registration fee. There will be no refund if cancellation is made after February 15th, 2014. If you are not able to attend the Conference, you may transfer your confirmation of registration to a colleague.

Conference Office

The Conference Registration Desk for participants is located in the foyer of the Venue. Participants will receive their official invoice of their payment and the conference documents at the Event venue against presentation of their confirmation of registration. The conference documents will not be forwarded prior to the event.
